Tournament collar
The bridge is sometimes used to denote the tournament collar , which is primarily used as a symbol in the coats of arms of noble people .
Building
The bridge as a structure is used as a coat of arms motif in Redenden coat of arms . Example is the coat of arms of Königsbrück . The bridge motif in the city coat of arms mostly indicates the location of the place at a river crossing. The representation and color of the bridge are not uniform. Of the possible types of bridges are in heraldry mostly bow , hanging and folding bridges used. The buildings are shown in a strongly stylized way. Masonry is often suggested.
