In the 1940s, WH Brady Co. developed pre-printed self-adhesive cable markers that adhere to aggressive environments and withstand extreme temperature fluctuations. At the same time, a label software was developed that customers can use to create labels themselves and print them on site as required. In 1998 the company was renamed Brady Corporation . The site in Syke was also sold to an investor. The Egelsbach location will remain the headquarters of Brady Germany.
