Brandon Mroz
Brandon Mroz (born December 22, 1990 in St. Louis , Missouri ) is an American figure skater who starts in a single run .
Career
Mroz started figure skating at the age of four. He has three brothers. His father was an ice hockey player and his mother a synchronous skater . Mroz's mother and one of his brothers were seriously injured in a car accident. Mroz wants to become a dentist after his sporting career. He lives and trains in Colorado Springs . His trainer is Tom Zakrajsek and his choreographers are Sandra Bezic and Tom Dickson .
In December 2008, Mroz became US runner-up and qualified for both his first four continents championships and his first world championship . There he took eighth or ninth place in 2009.
On September 16, 2011 in Colorado Springs, Mroz became the first figure skater to show a four-time Lutz in a competition. On November 12, 2011 he repeated this in an international competition, the NHK Trophy .
