The Brandrübeler Moor nature reserve is located in the area of the town of Schmölln in the Altenburger Land district in Thuringia .
It extends south of Brandrübel , a district of Schmölln. Southwest which runs A 4 and southeast the country road L 1351. North extends the memory fire Rübel .
meaning
The 5.9 ha area with the NSG no. 187 was placed under nature protection in 1967.
