Brane Benedik (born June 22, 1960 in Kranj ) is a former Yugoslav ski jumper .
Benedik began his international career at the age of 20 by participating in the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid . He reached the 45th place on the normal hill and 49th place on the large hill.
A year after the games, he started in the ski flying competitions in Ironwood in February 1981 and achieved his only World Cup points with places five and six. At the end of the 1980/81 World Cup season , he was in 35th place in the overall World Cup ranking.
On January 6, 1983, he jumped again in Bischofshofen , but only reached 77th place and then ended his active ski jumping career.
