The Göller brewery (also: Zur Alten Freyung ) is a German brewery based in the Lower Franconian town of Zeil am Main . With around 40 employees, the company produces around 60,000 hectoliters of beer (as of 2008) and 15,000 hectoliters of lemonades and juice drinks (as of 1999).

history

In 1514 the “Alten Freyung” was granted brewing and serving rights by the Bamberg diocese . In 1908 the company became the property of Joseph Göller, who passed it on to his family. Filtration, filling, administration and sales were relocated from the old town to an industrial area in 1995.
