Braunschweiger Platz (Hanover)
The Brunswick Square is a square and a busy road intersection in Hanover district Bult , near the border with the districts Zooviertel and South City . Until the construction of the tram at the end of the 1980s, it was a large, round, non-accessible green area that was bypassed in the roundabout while the tram drove through the middle.
Traffic significance

Until the construction of the southern expressway , this was the federal highway 65 leading to Braunschweig . To the southeast, diagonally through the Bult, the Bischofsholer Damm also runs to the Messeschnellweg and to Bemerode . Plathnerstrasse and Bultstrasse lead in a north and north-west direction to the Zoo district.

The Hanover – Göttingen railway line runs on a bridge over Marienstraße near Braunschweiger Platz .
