The Breccia Crags are 305 m high cliffs at the southeast end of Coronation Island in the archipelago of the South Orkney Islands . They rise 1.5 km west of Petter Bay .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named them in 1959 following a 1956-1958 survey campaign by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey . It is named after the slate breccias contained in the rock of the cliffs , which occur next to conglomerates .
