Brenda Cox

Brenda Cox ( April 17, 1944 - May 6, 2015 ) was an Australian sprinter .

At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Perth in 1962 , she won silver over 100 yards , was fourth over 220 yards and won the Australian 4-by-110-yard relay.

  • 100 yards: 10.5 s, March 18, 1961, Sydney (corresponds to 11.6 s over 100 m )
  • 220 yards: 23.9 s, March 23, 1963, Brisbane (equivalent to 23.8 s over 200 m )
