Brian Yandrisovitz (born May 6, 1964 in Allentown , Pennsylvania ), better known as Brian Knobbs , is an American wrestler who, together with Jerry Sags, formed the Nasty Boys , a well-known WWF tag team . Yandrisovitz is a good friend of Hulk Hogan and has therefore appeared several times on his reality show Hogan Knows Best . Brian Knobbs was most recently under contract with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA).

Career

Yandrisovitz began his career with the AWA in 1985 as The Masked Terrorist and teamed up with Jerome Saganovich (Jerry Sags) as Nasty Boys in 1986 . Between 1988 and 1990 they won the World Tag Team Championship five times in Florida Championship Wrestling . In 1990 they first went to the NWA , where the Nasty Boys had an unsuccessful feud against Rick and Scott Steiner for the US Tag Team Titles .

A year later they switched to the WWF , where they were assigned Jimmy Hart as manager. At Wrestlemania VII could Nasty Boys of the Hart Foundation , the World Team Championship day decline, however, the title lost during a feud back to the Road Warriors .

In 1993 they went back to WCW , where they got Missy Hyatt as manager and won the WCW World Tag Team Championship three times. After Sags got injured, Yandrisovitz tried himself as a single wrestler and feuded with Bam Bam Bigelow and Norman Smiley for the hardcore title , which he also won three times. In 2001 Jerry Sags returned and the two revived the Nasty Boys in the XWF before they both resigned for good in 2002.

In 2010 the Nasty Boys returned to the ring and are now under contract with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling .

He became notorious for the pit stop , where his tag team partner Sags rubbed an opponent's face in his armpit.
