The Bridport Road is a highway in the northeast of the Australian state of Tasmania . It connects the East Tamar Highway (A8) east of George Town with the Tasman Highway (A3) in Scottsdale .

The road branches off east of George Town from the East Tamar Highway and first leads east through the settlement Pipers River on the river of the same name, where the Pipers River Road (B83) joins, and on to Bridport . From there, Waterhouse Road continues west under the same designation B82. Bridport Road turns, now called the B84, south-east and ends in Scottsdale , where it meets the Tasman Highway (A3).

Bridport Road provides access to the north coast of the island between the mouth of the Tamar River and the town of Bridport, the ferry terminal to Flinders Island and the other islands of the Furneaux Group .
