The British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) is a technical university based in the Canadian city of Burnaby , British Columbia . It offers full-time and part-time courses that extend up to a Bachelor's and Master's degree in various technical and scientific subjects. The BCIT's main campus is in Burnaby. Additional campuses can be found in Vancouver , North Vancouver and Richmond .
The BCIT has six departments:

- Architecture , civil engineering and environmental technology
