Brodnica ( German : Brodnica , 1939–1943 Hochkirch , 1943–1945 Brodenkirch ) is a village in the Powiat Śremski of the Greater Poland Voivodeship in Poland . It is the seat of the rural community of the same name with around 4900 inhabitants.

Sights and monuments

Parish church from 1870

The architectural monuments include the neo-Gothic parish church from 1870, the manor house of a manor from 1890 and the associated park.

The grave of the politician Józef Wybicki (1747–1822), who is the poet of today's national anthem, is located in the cemetery .
