The Brookbieke (also Brockbieke ) is a 2.4 km long stream in the area of Lienen in the Tecklenburger Land .
geography
The Brockbieke rises on the border between North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony , and thus also on the municipality border between Lienen and Bad Iburg . The origin is about 2 km southeast of Lienen at an altitude of 78 m above sea level. NHN . From here the stream flows straight along the border for the first 700 meters before its course abruptly bends west to 71 m above sea level. NHN to merge with the Uffelager Bach and thus to form the Lienener Mühlenbach . The mean slope of the river bed is 2.9 ‰.
