Bruchhagen is a district of the borough Steyerberg in Nienburg / Weser in Lower Saxony .

With a population of 246 (as of December 31, 2005) Bruchhagen is one of the smaller localities in the municipality.

geography

The place is divided into the ten districts Horst, Bähhorst, Bockhorst, Ziegenhocken, Stamme, Grimmelhausen, Bösenhausen, Heemsche, Hägeringen and Börenwinkel. These are both very small villages and settlements and larger farms.

history

Bruchhagen was first mentioned in a document in 1530. In 1885 the place had nine houses with 59 inhabitants.

On March 1, 1974, Bruchhagen was incorporated into the Steyerberg patch.

Economy and Infrastructure
