Deblinghausen ( Low German Debbelhusen ) is a district of the borough Steyerberg in Nienburg / Weser in Lower Saxony , Germany .

Deblinghausen covers an area of ​​15.68 km² and currently has 559 inhabitants. The Große Aue flows about a kilometer south of the village .

history

Deblinghausen was first mentioned in a document in 1287. The first school lessons were given in the local restaurant since 1831.

The discovery of large natural gas deposits in 1957 and their subsequent extraction gave the town the financial prerequisites for a relatively generous infrastructure.

On March 1, 1974 Deblinghausen was incorporated into the Steyerberg patch.
