BRUDER Spielwaren GmbH + Co. KG is a German toy manufacturer from Fürth - Burgfarrnbach .

The company produces toy vehicles mainly in Germany in Fürth-Burgfarrnbach. The toy vehicles are usually characterized by a 1:16 scale. There is no other manufacturer on this scale who offers similar products. Some vehicles have been awarded the spiel gut label . The company is active both in Germany and internationally and is also represented at toy fairs such as the International Game Days.

The company was founded in 1926 by Paul Bruder. In 2003 the company had a turnover of 32 million euros, employed 210 people in Fürth and was one of the few toy manufacturers that only produced in Germany. In 2012 the company employed around 300 people at the Fürth-Burgfarrnbach location. In 2012 a turnover of approx. EUR 51 million was achieved. A new administration and warehouse building in Los Angeles and a warehouse on the east coast of the USA supply the North American market. In 2014, the Czech branch in Pilsen employed 20 people.

In 2006, a toy vehicle model, the Manitou telescopic loader MLT 633, was copied so well by the Fürth competitor Dickie toys , which always produced in China, that Dickie received a Plagiarius award The Chinese company Jusweet Candytoy China Ltd. from Guangdong received the Plagiarius special price for serial offenders in 2008 for the replica of the brother plastic models of the Fendt 209 S tractor, articulated wheel loader FR 130, Liebherr shovel excavator and Caterpillar compact loader ADAR Dariusz Adamiec, Warsaw, was awarded the Plagiarius in 2010 for selling the imitation of the toy combine harvester "Claas Lexion 480" .
