Bruno Pontecorvo Prize
The Bruno Pontecorvo Prize ( Russian: Премия имени Бруно Понтекорво ) is a prize for elementary particle physics that has been awarded by the JINR in Dubna since 1995 in memory of Bruno Pontecorvo . In line with Pontecorvo's main area of work, the prize was primarily awarded for neutrino physics.
It should not be confused with the University of Glasgow's Guido Pontecorvo Prize for Genetics.
