Bruno Hartmann (politician)

Bruno Hartmann (born September 24, 1898 in Marienburg , † October 14, 1963 in West Berlin ) was a German politician ( CDU ). He was a member of the state parliament in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania from 1950 to 1952 and headmaster in goods .

Life

Bruno Hartmann attended the citizens' school in Marienburg until 1912 . He decided to work as a primary school teacher and completed the preparatory work by 1915 and the teachers' college in Gdansk by 1918 . After passing the teacher test in 1918, Hartmann joined the Gdansk school, where he worked until he fled in 1945. He settled in Waren and headed the secondary school there from 1946 . Hartmann joined the CDU in September 1945 and was district chairman in Waren until 1947. After the party purge, Hartmann moved to the Mecklenburg Landtag, to which he was a member until it was dissolved in 1952, due to the regional elections in the GDR in 1950 (carried out according to uniform lists) . In 1950 the state party congress of the CDU elected him to the state executive committee. After serving a prison sentence, he fled to West Berlin in the 1950s.

Bruno Hartmann was married to Elli (née Jung) and had two children.
