Bruno Jenny (born July 14, 1959 in Wolhusen ) is a Swiss project manager . He works as a management trainer , specialist author , lecturer and examination expert. He is the owner of Spol AG in Steinhausen , which was founded in 1991.

Live and act

Bruno Jenny worked for many years in software development, where he dealt with company-wide database models, and worked as a company developer and project manager for the strategic alignment of companies. Since 1988 he has lectured at technical colleges and universities.

Since the early 1990s, Jenny has been working as a consultant, trainer and coach in all areas of project management for well-known companies in Switzerland and abroad. He is a management trainer in companies on the subject of project and multi- project management and a speaker at in-house and public large-scale events on innovation and change management.

In 1991 Jenny founded the consulting company Spol AG, which is one of the leading Swiss companies in project management and project portfolio management today . Spol AG implements and supports various projects for internationally active banks, insurance companies, industrial companies and in public administration. She is a member of the Swiss Society for Project Management (SPM), the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the International Project Management Association (IPMA).

Among other things, Jenny worked as a project member in the masterboard , which was the first Swiss company to win the international IPMA Project Excellence award. He was a long-standing member of various examination and training commissions and is an active examination expert. In addition, he works as a specialist journalist and is the author of several standard works in the field of project management, some of which have already appeared in several editions and have been translated into other languages.

He was one of the first to pursue the philosophy that project management and implementation should be consistently separated in project management. To this end, he developed a project procedure method that allows companies and corporations to handle all types of projects according to a holistic management system. Jenny sees professional project management as the future-oriented management system .
