Bruno Pupparo

Bruno Pupparo (born July 28, 1959 in Rome ; † November 27, 2009 there ) was an Italian sound engineer and lecturer at the Italian film school.

Life

Pupparo graduated with honors as a sound engineer at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia and has been a lecturer in film sound engineering since 1988 and head of the sound department at the National Film School in Italy since 1999 .

In 1986 he started working for film, television and advertising . In addition to countless spots, he was responsible for the sound recordings of around one hundred films and worked with all the important directors of contemporary Italian film. In 2007 he received a David di Donatello for his work on Daniele Luchetti's Mio fratello è figlio unico .
