Bryum mildeanum is a moss from the kind of Birnmoose ( Bryum ). The species belongs to the species group of Bryum alpinum .
features
The plants are yellow-green. The leaves are pointed. The rib emerges as a short spike tip. The upper lamina cells are rhombic and not thickened. The lower lamina cells are approximately square.
Occurrence
The species occurs in Europe and the Middle East. It grows on damp, lime-free rocks and on sand in the low mountain ranges. It is rare.
