Buchenau is a district of the town of Boppard in the Rhein-Hunsrück district in Rhineland-Palatinate .
The place belongs to the local district of Boppard is located southeast of the core town of Boppard on the country road L 212. Northwest runs the L 210, east which runs B 9 and flows the Rhine , south extends the approximately 55 ha large nature reserve Rear Dick Eisenbolz .
