Buldhana (also Buldana ) is a city in the Indian state of Maharashtra .

Buldhana is the capital of the district of the same name . The city is about 90 km west of Akola . The city is of the rank of Municipal Council . It is divided into 27 wards . The national highway NH 753A runs from Chikhli in the south to Buldhana.
