The 1989/90 season was the 38th season of the Bulgarian Ice Hockey League , the highest Bulgarian ice hockey division . Champion was for the ninth time in the club's history Levski-Spartak Sofia .

The best goalkeeper of the season was Konstantin Mikhailov by Levski-Spartak Sofia. The best defender was Aleksandr Panew , who also played for the champions, and the best striker Plamen Weselinow from runner-up Slavia Sofia. The top scorer in the league was Boris Mikhailov from Levski-Spartak Moscow.
