Bulz , also boț , cocoloș , golomoz , dodoc , gâscă de mămăligă ( German  Mămăligă goose ) or urs de mămăligă ( German  Mămăligă bear ) is a traditional Romanian dish.

Essential products of Romanian agriculture - maize and sheep's milk - are processed here. It consists of mămăligă , sheep cheese , eggs and meat . There are many regional variants, some of which are even named after the respective village, to determine which ingredients are used. Telemea or dehydrated quark is used as cheese . Any type of meat, sausage or ham can be used for the optional meat component .

The Mămăligă is used to form a casing that is filled with the cheese. This can take the form of filled dumplings , filled pancakes or a casserole . The eggs are given in the form of fried or scrambled eggs . The meat can be contained in the cheese filling, mixed with the eggs or placed on top of it separately.
