Aalen constituency
The Aalen constituency was a constituency in Baden-Württemberg from 1949 to 1965 . It included the districts of Aalen and Schwäbisch Gmünd . After the electoral district was dissolved, its area was divided into the new constituencies of Aalen - Heidenheim and Schwäbisch Gmünd - Backnang for the 1965 federal election . The direct mandate was always won by Rudolf Vogel ( CDU ).
