The constituency of Aalen - Heidenheim (2005: constituency 271, 2009: constituency 270) has been a federal constituency in Baden-Württemberg since 1965 . It includes the district of Heidenheim and the communities of Aalen , Adelmannsfelden , Bopfingen , Ellenberg , Ellwangen (Jagst) , Essingen , Hüttlingen , Jagstzell , Kirchheim am Ries , Lauchheim , Neresheim , Neuler , Oberkochen , Rainau , Riesbürg , Rosenberg , Stödtlen , Tannhausen , Unterschneidheim , Westhausen and Wört from the Ostalbkreis . The constituency has always been won by the direct candidates of the CDU .
