The Bundestag constituency Schwarzwald-Baar (2005: constituency 287, 2009: constituency 286) has been an electoral district in Baden-Württemberg since 1980 . It includes the Schwarzwald-Baar district and the communities of Gutach (Black Forest Railway) , Hausach , Hornberg , Oberwolfach and Wolfach of the Ortenau district . The constituency has always been won by the direct candidates of the CDU .

In the last general election, 166,191 residents were eligible to vote.
