The Waiblingen constituency (2005: constituency 265, since 2009: constituency 264) has been a federal constituency in Baden-Württemberg since 1949 . It covers the southern part of the Rems-Murr district with the communities of Alfdorf , Berglen , Fellbach , Kaisersbach , Kernen im Remstal , Korb , Leutenbach , Plüderhausen , Remshalden , Rudersberg , Schorndorf , Schwaikheim , Urbach , Waiblingen , Weinstadt , Welzheim , Winnenden and Winterbach .
