It includes the districts of Birkach , Degerloch , Hedelfingen , Möhringen , Plieningen , Sillenbuch , Stuttgart-Mitte , Stuttgart-North , Stuttgart-South , Stuttgart-West and Stuttgart-Vaihingen in the state capital of Stuttgart .
