The Bundestag constituency of Offenburg (constituency 284) is located in Baden-Württemberg and includes the northern part of the Ortenaukreis with the municipalities of Offenburg , Kehl , Achern , Appenweier , Bad Peterstal-Griesbach , Berghaupten , Biberach , Durbach , Gengenbach , Hohberg , Kappelrodeck , Lauf , Lautenbach , Neuried , Nordrach , Oberharmersbach , Oberkirch , Ohlsbach , Oppenau , Ortenberg , Ottenhöfen , Renchen , Rheinau , Sasbach , Sasbachwalden , Schutterwald , Seebach , Willstätt and Zell am Harmersbach . Since 1949 the CDU has been able to win the direct mandate in this constituency in all federal elections . For the 2009 federal election , the constituency number changed from 285 to 284.
