The Bundestag constituency of Ulm (2005: constituency 292, 2009: constituency 291) is an electoral district in Baden-Württemberg . It includes the urban district of Ulm and the Alb-Donau district . In the last federal election, 220,702 residents were eligible to vote. The direct mandate has so far been won by the respective CDU candidate in all federal elections, most recently by Ronja Kemmer .
