Heinz Seiffert
Heinz Seiffert (born September 18, 1952 in Münsingen ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and was district administrator of the Alb-Donau district from 2005 to 2016 .
Career
Seiffert trained as an upscale Management Service, which he in 1974 as a diploma in Public Administration graduated (FH). He has been a member of the CDU since 1977. He is deputy chairman of the CDU-Stadtverband Ehingen and the CDU-Kreisverband Alb-Donau / Ulm . He is also treasurer of the CDU district association Württemberg-Hohenzollern . Seiffert has been a member of the district council in the Alb-Donau district since 1979 . There he is deputy chairman of the CDU parliamentary group . From 1994 to 2005 Heinz Seiffert was a member of the German Bundestag . He was a member of the Finance Committee and an alternate member of the Budget Committee. From 1998 to 2004 he was chairman of the CDU / CSU parliamentary group on the finance committee . In 2004 he took over the post of financial policy spokesman for the CDU / CSU parliamentary group , which he held until he left. In addition, he was a deputy member of the commission for the modernization of the federal order. Seiffert was directly elected member of the constituency 292 (Ulm) with 51.7% of the vote. On April 18, 2005, Seiffert was elected as the new district administrator of the Alb-Donau district with 48 out of 58 votes. Seiffert took office on July 18, 2005, succeeding Wolfgang Schürle .
Seiffert is married and has two children.
