The Bundestag constituency of Donaueschingen was a constituency in Baden-Württemberg from 1949 to 1980 . Most recently it included the former districts of Donaueschingen , Stockach and Villingen . The area of the constituency became part of the constituencies of Schwarzwald-Baar , Konstanz , Zollernalb - Sigmaringen and Rottweil for the 1980 federal election . The direct mandate was always won by candidates from the CDU , most recently by Hansjörg Häfele .
