The Bundestag constituency Arnsberg - Soest was a constituency in North Rhine-Westphalia from 1949 to 1980 . It included the former Arnsberg district and the old Soest district . In 1980, the area of ​​the constituency was largely divided into the new constituencies of Hochsauerlandkreis and Soest . The constituency of Arnsberg - Soest has always been won by candidates from the CDU , most recently by Ferdinand Tillmann .
