Bundestag constituency Backnang
The Bundestag constituency of Backnang was a constituency in Baden-Württemberg from 1949 to 1965 . It included the districts of Backnang and Schwäbisch Hall . After the electoral district was dissolved, its area became part of the new Schwäbisch Gmünd - Backnang constituency for the 1965 federal election . The direct mandate was always won by Eugen Gerstenmaier ( CDU ).
