The Bundestag constituency Bad Liebenwerda - Finsterwalde - Herzberg - Lübben - Luckau was a constituency in Brandenburg from 1990 to 2002 . He owned the number 282 and included the former districts of Bad Liebenwerda , Finsterwalde , Herzberg , Lübben and Luckau . In the process of reducing the number of constituencies in Brandenburg in the constituency reform of 2002 from twelve to ten, the area of the constituency to the constituency was Teltow-Fläming III - - Oberspreewald-Lausitz I Dahme-Spreewald and Elbe-Elster - Oberspreewald-Lausitz II divided .
