The Bundestag constituency Döbeln - Grimma - Oschatz was a constituency in Saxony from 1990 to 2002 . He owned the number 312 and included the districts of Döbeln , Grimma and Oschatz . As part of the constituency reform of 2002 , when the number was reduced of constituencies in Saxony from 21 to 17, the area of the constituency to the constituency was Mittweida - - Döbeln Meissen II , Riesa - Delitzsch - Torgau-Oschatz and Leipzig Country - Muldentalkreis divided .

The direct mandate was always won by Manfred Kolbe ( CDU ).
