Speyer constituency
The Bundestag constituency of Speyer was a constituency in Rhineland-Palatinate from 1949 to 1965 . It included the independent cities of Speyer and Landau in the Palatinate as well as the districts of Speyer , Landau in the Palatinate and Germersheim .
After the electoral district of Speyer was dissolved, its area was divided into the Neustadt - Speyer and Landau constituencies for the 1965 federal election . The constituency was always won by candidates from the CDU , most recently by Albert Leicht .
