Burkhardt Krems

Burkhardt Krems (born November 17, 1943 in Döbern , Niederlausitz) is a German lawyer and administrative scientist . In 1984 Krems was one of the initiators of a nationwide action group with the title: Lawyers against forest and human disease .

Life

Burkhardt Krems graduated from high school in Berlin in 1962 . This was followed by a degree in law , administration and political science in Berlin, the USA and Speyer . In 1979, Krems was with a dissertation on "basic issues of law doctrine" at Bielefeld University doctorate . In 1979 Krems became a lecturer in business administration in public administration at the Federal University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration , in 2001 he was appointed to the department of general internal administration at the FH Bund, Brühl and in 2008 he was retired (on November 30, 2008). He continues to work as the editor of the online administration lexicon olev.de, and since September 2014 also as a lawyer in Cologne
