Bus Éireann (pronunciation [ bˠʊsˠ ˈeːɾʲən̪ˠ ], Irish for "Bus Ireland") is an Irish bus company that covers a large part of the national public transport in the Republic of Ireland and to Northern Ireland . In 2007 the company carried 96 million passengers according to its own information.

Bus Éireann, which was founded in 1987 as an independent company , is now a subsidiary of Córas Iompair Éireann . The seat of the company is the Busáras - the central bus station - in Dublin .
