Cécile Rigaux (born April 20, 1969 in Nogent-sur-Marne ) is a former French beach volleyball player .
Career
Rigaux played their first international tournaments in 1996 with Arcadia Berjonneau . The next year she reached 33rd place with Marie Tari at the World Championships in Los Angeles . In 1998 she formed a new duo with Anabelle Prawerman . A year later Rigaux / Prawerman finished 17th at the World Championships in Marseille . Then they reached the final at the European Championships in Palma , which they lost against the Italians Bruschini / Solazzi . At the 2000 Olympic tournament they finished ninth after they had won the first round against the Germans Maike Friedrichsen and Danja Müsch and were defeated by the Australians Gooley / Manser in the second round . In 2010 Rigaux competed again with Marion Castelli at the Marseille Open .
