Celine Nivert (born May 1, 1981 in Châteauroux ) is a former French track cyclist .
In 1998, Celine Nivert won the bronze medal in the 500-meter time trial at the UCI World Junior Championships . The following year she won the junior world championship title in sprint and the national junior title in the same discipline. At the European Track Championships (U23) in 1999 she was second in the sprint and third in the time trial. In 2001 she became European champion (U23) and French sprint champion. In the following year, she was two-time French champion, in the sprint and time trial. In the following years she stood on the podium several times at national and European championships. In 2005 she was again national time trial champion, after which she ended her sporting career.
