The CAP Kiel adventure center - Kai City Center is located in downtown Kiel . It is directly connected to Kiel Central Station . The name "CAP" is a fantasy name.
General
The CAP Kiel was built in 1994/1995. It has several restaurants including a large cinema ( Cinemaxx ), a fitness studio , a slot machine casino , a bowling alley and, for almost 20 years, a disco . The CAP Kiel - Kai City Center adventure center provides a very good view of the port and especially of the Germaniahafen and the high-rise center at the Germaniahafen on an upper floor . Not directly connected to the CAP Kiel, but in or on the same building complex there is an InterCityHotel and the parking garage.
In 2010 it was rebuilt again and essentially saw a change in the shopping arcade and entrance areas while maintaining the localities.
Location and transport links
The shopping center is located on Kaistraße, and is therefore right in the center of Kiel. It has three entrances and exits: one entrance and exit is located directly in the train station, the other on the opposite side ( Kieler Förde ) and the third entrance and exit is right next to the entrance to the InterCityHotel Kiel on the side the Kaisertreppe (station forecourt).
Within easy walking distance is the ferry and cruise - terminals to achieve. The Sophienhof shopping center is also just a few minutes' walk away .
