Cadence Jazz Records is an American jazz label.

Cadence Jazz was founded by Bob Rusch in Redwood, New York, in 1980. Cadence Jazz Records is affiliated with Cadence Magazine , of which Rusch is the long-time editor. By 2008, over 160 albums by American and European musicians had been released on the independent label. The label covers most of the styles from modern jazz to free jazz and modern creative . The artists' repertoire overlaps to a small extent with that of the sub-label CIMP , which was created in 1996 and is also dedicated to improvised music.
