Caesar Augustus Llewellyn Jenkyns (* 24. August 1866 in Builth Wales , Wales ; † 23. July 1941 ) was a Welsh footballer who for Small Heath , Woolwich Arsenal , Newton Heath and Walsall FC was active.

Internationally, Jenkyns played eight times for the Welsh national team and was their captain. Jenkyns was the first Arsenal player to be drafted into the national team after playing against Scotland on March 21, 1896. After his active football career, he became a police officer in his native Wales. Caesar Jenkyns died in 1941 at the age of 74.
