The Caleta Polizzi ( Spanish , in Argentina Caleta Pereyra ) is a bay on the Danco coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It is at the head of Charlotte Bay .
Chilean scientists named it after Lieutenant Marcelo Polizzi Muñoz, hydrographic officer on the 21st Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1966–1967). The namesake of the Argentine name has not been passed down.
