The Grand Riviére is a river in northern Dominica in the Parish Saint John . It rises on the southern slope of Morne Destinée at about 300 m above sea level and flows south. It has two smaller tributaries and flows into the Blenheim River at Dos d'Âne . The river is only about 1.5 km long, its sources are on the watershed to the west. The sources of the Barry River , some of which are only separated by narrow mountain ridges, drain west to the Caribbean Sea . In the lower reaches of the Camps Elysees River runs parallel to the Grand Riviére in parts .
