Carl Anton Diederichs

Carl Anton Diederichs , from 1817 von Diederichs (born October 22, 1762 in Pyrmont , † November 25, 1827 in Herford ) was a German municipal official and parliamentarian. From 1808 to 1813 he was a member of the imperial estates of the Kingdom of Westphalia .

Life

Diederich's father, Leopold Conrad Diederichs, was the well commissioner of the Pyrmont domanial administration. He attended the Friedrichs-Gymnasium in Herford and studied law at the Universities of Göttingen and Halle (Saale) . He was a trainee lawyer in Minden , then a war and tax council and, from November 1, 1785, second mayor of Herford. From 1791 until his death he was first mayor (city director or Canton-Maire) there.

From 1808 to 1811 Diederichs was a member of the departmental electoral college of the Weser department . From 1808 to 1813 he was a member of the district council of the Herford district, from 1808 to 1811 a member of the department council of the Weser department and from June 2, 1808 to October 26, 1813 a member of the imperial estates of the Kingdom of Westphalia for the group of landowners.
